CPS Shape our Future Survey

Good morning Community Partners and friends,
From our State of the District briefings to our ongoing budget roundtables, CPS has made engaging with our communities a top priority this school year. Now, to make it even more convenient for you to share your feedback, we are pleased to introduce the Shape Our Future Survey.
Open to families, staff, community members, and students in grades 6–12, this survey is your chance to share the details of your CPS experience. This includes everything from your thoughts on academics and social-emotional learning to how equitably you feel resources are being distributed to schools around the city and how well you feel CPS is preparing students for success in college and career. This survey is extremely important because the input we collect will be used to help shape our District’s next Five-Year Strategic Plan.
What You Need to Know about the Survey
All survey responses are anonymous
The survey takes approximately 7–10 minutes to complete.
The survey is available in six languages: English, Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, Polish, and Simplified Chinese.
Why Complete the Survey?
Results from this survey will inform decisions CPS makes moving forward. This is why we are asking that you provide us with honest feedback on where you feel we are succeeding, where we need to improve, and what our priorities should be as we begin shaping our District’s next Five-Year Strategic Plan.
The Shape Our Future Survey will be open from November 14 through December 22, 2023. As respected community leaders, we hope that you will take the time to complete this survey. We encourage you to share it with your stakeholders and have them take some time to complete it. The survey can be accessed at cps.edu/ShapeOurFutureSurvey.
