Our Sailing Camp offers an engaging, active introduction to Lake Michigan! A day in Sailing Camp consists of several of the following fun activities: Swimming, sailing on our Keelboats (big sailboats that cannot tip over), and marine-based STEM education lessons when the weather does not allow for outdoor activities. This is a great option for youth who may be new to boating and want to have a great time on the water with friends! Montrose Harbor also includes swimming lessons! Your child does not need to know how to swim to participate.
Hi Ms Terina,
Thank you for your patience as we get a new registration process up and running. Below is all the information about the sailing camp at 31st Street Harbor this summer. Please let me know if you or any of your families have any questions! Feel free to edit the information below as you see fit if you are sending it out :) Also, any feedback on the registration is incredibly welcome and helpful! I don't know which (if any) organization the kiddos will be coming from, so I left that blank!

Waivers:
The waiver is embedded in the registration page. This is mandatory for participation.
YOUTH WHO SHOW UP WITHOUT A SIGNED WAIVER AND REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE.
Behavior expectations:
Our number one priority is the physical and mental safety of all students. We have a two-strike policy to ensure that. The first strike is a warning and a conversation with the participant and their adult; if the behavior happens again, then the participant will not be allowed back. We are working around sailboats with motors, water, and docks, so we do not allow any pushing, punching, running, etc. We also follow the same expectations that your organization does, so all of those apply as well. If you have any questions or would like more details, please let me know!
