We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Community Health Expo on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, a powerful event focused on educating and empowering residents to take charge of their health. This expo will provide valuable information and resources to help manage and prevent underlying health conditions that disproportionately affect our community.

Free health screenings and assessments
Informational sessions on chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure
Mental health and wellness resources
Nutritional education and fitness tips
Access to local health providers and services
Giveaways, raffles, and more!

🕙 Time: 10 am until 2 pm
This is a family-friendly event designed to promote healthier lifestyles, build connections with local providers, and bring awareness to the importance of preventive care.
