New CPS School Profile Pages Are Live – Take a Look at Your School’s Updated Information

Good afternoon FSCAC Members,
I’m excited to share that the revamped CPS School Profile pages, which were heavily informed by feedback from the CIDT committee members, are now live.
You can view the updated pages here: https://www.cps.edu/schools/profiles/ Simply type in or select your school to explore the new layout and information. This is an important step toward clearer, more accessible information for families and community stakeholders.
As you review your school’s profile, here are a few key items you may want to pay close attention to:
Academic Performance
- Overall school ratings
- Growth and proficiency indicators
- Attendance trends
- Student climate and culture information
- Safety and support indicators
- Student and family survey insights
- Academic programs and special offerings
- Extracurricular and enrichment opportunities
- College and career supports
- Enrollment trends
- Population changes
- Subgroup data that helps us understand who our schools are serving
- Staff and support roles
- Program availability
- Information that can help guide advocacy conversations
As a council, these updated profiles can help us:
- Better understand strengths and gaps across our local schools
- Inform community conversations
- Support parents in making informed decisions
- Identify other areas where FSCAC advocacy or partnership may be needed
If you have time this week, I encourage you to review at least one school profile and view data from the To And Through Project for that school come prepared to share one insight or question at our next meeting.
