This invitation is being extended to invite interested community Faith-Based Leaders & Community Stakeholders to participate in one of the listed below Focus Groups.

A Focus Group Overview is attached that highlights the features of the Focus Group, which includes:

• Focus Group Length: No longer than 2-hours;

• Lunch or Dinner will be provided; and

• Participants will receive a $25.00 Gift Card.
