Hello to all...
WK1H-Gil Hayes, Western Massachusetts ARES Assistant Section Emergency Coordinator, reached out on a public service event in Wareham MA. The group that sponsors this event is based in Central Mass and utilizes the Worcester Emergency Comms Team (WECT) for a lot of their events including ones outside of their area. Gil reached out to see if we can get some local Hams in the Southeast Coastal Massachusetts area involved in the event. The info is below:
I have a personal conflict on June 8th and won't be able to participate. If folks like Phil-N1XTB, Ed-KA1RSY, Sparky-N1YLQ and Frank-WQ1O can spread amongst Hams to see who can assist, that would be great. I realize its only about 2 weeks lead time but I think it should be enough time to maybe get at least a few folks locally to assist. Thanks guys!
