SPAM from Brian

The message originated from a computer (DESKTOP-05J0KBB) located in Miami, FL.  It was sent directly to my email address, not via the FARA email list.

Clearly, someone has hacked Brian's email, unless he is living in Miami, and someone is using his computer.

His call sign on "from line" was the giveaway. "W!HXN"
