FARAFest Help Needed

Good Evening All:

Just a reminder that FARAFest is this Saturday Nov, 6th, 0700 – 1200 Hrs, at the Upper Cape Cod Regional Vocational Technical School. We only have three vendor tables left in the main room that are not sold! The turn-out should be great on Saturday!

Masks will be required to be worn while in the building, regardless of your vaccination status. This is required by the school.

 

We will need help with several tasks for the event. Many hands make light work, so the more the better:

 

>    Friday Nov 5th:  Table and Room Set Up. Set up the tables and covering them with rosin paper is at 1800 Hrs, at the school. We need 2 – 3 people to help. This takes about an hour.

 

>    Saturday Nov 6th:  

Vendor setup is at 0700 – 0900, Opens to the public from 0900 – 1200; If we can get 2-3 people there by 0700, and at least 2 or 3 more by 0900 that would be great. 

 

We need help with:

Registration 0700 Hrs. (Two needed. (Charlie, K1CB, plus one more);

Helping vendors find their tables (one or two);

Manning the club table. (We have a lot of items to sell this year, and we will need at least 2 people to help here);

Selling raffle tickets (two people);

Clean-up (Putting the tables away, Empty trash, Dry Mop the floor, Etc.). We need to have the room cleaned and put back by 1300 Hrs.
