assignment and questions

Hi all,

I am taking science for 7th class. I just realised that I have not been giving any homework or assignments to children.

How are you handling the class for assessment? How is the response?

Hi Priya,

I teach 6th class science. I generally give assignments from text book itself.

Example: There is a table in which there is a list of materials. The assignment asks for list of things used to make that material.

I at least give one activity in every class and one activity for homework. Most of the students do their homework. Also, they do homework sometimes and they dont do sometimes. But, i think it is good to make them do one activity in class (oral/written) and other in home there by engaging them.
