Change to proposed meeting time: 4th Thursdays @ 2 Eastern

After some discussion in today's meeting, those of us present settled on the 4th Thursdays of the month at 2 Eastern for our proposed regular meeting time, beginning in July. (Several of us will be at ALA this month.) Here's the updated community schedule table:
