console deploy for 4.1

Here's a 1 liner that pulls scripts I have on gist. 

curl https://gist.githubusercontent.com/dkavanagh/0945573dc13f1328ca72/raw/deploy-console.sh |bash

This creates a console deployment with autoscaling, elb and ssl termination.

Right now, you have to know how to find the IP of the ELB unless DNS is properly configured. If it is, you can run euform-describe-stacks console-stack and it shows under OUTPUT the URL you'd paste in the browser.
