Hi folks,

When checked out today's QA build from the previous QA system, I was noticing the failures in the test "populate_users_for_ui".

The log shows the command was failing when trying to execute the "euare-" command to create and check the accounts. See the message below:

euare-accountcreate: error: connection error
Warning: Permanently added '10.111.1.54' (RSA) to the list of known hosts.
euare-accountlist: error: connection error

The fact the error message was coming from the euare- commands themselves indicate that the "connection error" is originated from Eucalyptus itself, rather the connection error between the tester machine and Eucalyptus.
Any clue on what might have caused this error?
When later logged on to the systems, and tried the commands manually, I was able to create a new account and see the list of the accounts, so it must be that the error occurs at some point of the initial setup, but goes away later when the system becomes stable.
Thank you!

Kyo

Hey Kyo,

We had a DNS issue that was just recently fixed by Kyle. All things should be working as expected now.

Vic,

Awesome. I will restart the test and keep an eye on this issue.

Thank you!

Yes, just verified that the builds are passing now. It must've been the DNS related issue.

Thank you all!

Kyo
