Hi list,
We've released v1.13.8 today, to fix an issue regarding sync, which
affects 1.13.6 and 1.13.7. A restart during sync can lead to
"refuse-to-start", which is fixed in 1.13.8.
This update is not urgent, and there's no need to update to it if your
node is already synced.
