Nov 20 Board Meeting

Team, I am attaching a few bits of info to show what has been worked on since the last Board Meeting, to include the notes (thank you Mary). Sorry there are a lot of links here but between attaching and linking I hope you all can access these.

• A lot of data crunching and time spent categorizing the data in both CGC and Conflict databases, then refining and synchronizing the info for something somewhat usable. There were some pretty interesting outcomes that led me to think more about our strategic planning, where we want to emphasise our skills and energies, and how the data supports that. (I am also attaching links so you don't need to download etc.).Most of this will be digested over time and no need to move immediately on this, but I think answers David's question on "what RJ does". There are some formatting items I want to complete for the finished product so please ignore any poor aesthetic :)
• One item that was suggested and I agree, but won't be able to get done prior to Nov 20 is what the board feels is the ranking of our programs in RJ and how it compares to actual data. That may be something we can push into Dec or at the start of the new year. 
•  I built out a quick referral matrix for the command staff and Megan to review, edit and help adjust as needed. It's a start.   
• Better to go fundraising emails, donations and info has been sent out. One of the biggest decisions we will need at the Nov 20 meeting is help with the Better To Go volunteers for Dec 11 at Mama Rose's. To date we have been collecting donations but knowing we are a month away to reach our 5% increase goal we will need help reaching out further. Here is the current list of those I have reached out to from my seat (please help me with additional if I have missed some)

WOW......I think I drank too much coffee with that last email 😆.......somehow it doubled my attachments, if you read all of them I think you earned a big gold star!

So in my email yesterday I mentioned "One item that was suggested and I agree, but won't be able to get done prior to Nov 20 is what the board feels is the ranking of our programs in RJ and how it compares to actual data. That may be something we can push into Dec or at the start of the new year.".......surprisingly after the 12th pot of coffee, no doze and sugar I was able to formulate a Google Form.

 If you all wouldn't mind taking a quick 5 minutes and answering these questions. This will give us an idea how you as the board would rank the EVRJP versus what we will show on the 20th with the data we have been digesting and being able to compare.
