Visit Estes Park CEO Contract

Good afternoon, all

The Trail-Gazette was recently sent a copy of the contract extended to Kara Franker for the CEO position by an anonymous reader. When I went to the VEP website's transparency page I could not find a copy of the contract posted for public view.

I have two quick questions on the matter:

1) Have Kara Franker accepted the position and have all appropriate parties signed the contract?

2) If this contract is part of the public record, where is it displayed for public viewing. I apologize if it is in fact on the VEP website and I missed it. Please direct me to the page.
