Can I meet with you privately?

Hi Mayor Hall. I am Janie Bowthorpe (On Facebook, I go by Janie Bow as I am an artist and didn’t want to have to sign that long of a last name on my art. lol). I feel a great need to both meet with you and speak with you privately as soon as it works for you, about a concern, I have with a local organization.

I did fill out the form, putting today, then Wednesday as a backup, but realized afterwards, I should’ve put Monday or Tuesday to get to see you as soon as possible
