Sean, could you explain why these proposals weren't included in a packet that was posted at the time of the agenda, or closely thereafter? We now have under five hours to review these (which, I don't recall were formally requested by board action, which strikes me as a concern), and the public also hasn't been able to view or see any material. Since even the most recent of these is dated April 3, it seems as though they could have been provided earlier.

I had thought I had sent out the proposals and I did not. That is on me. I do agree that the board and public should have more time to review and am now asking Mike to reschedule the meeting to Monday or Tuesday. I will have him ask what day works best for the board. Again, that was an error on my part.
