Hi all! Our visitors are coming soon! 😄 May I ask Carlie and Susan about helping with a few events?
9/30 8:30-11:30 we have at least one vehicle going to pick them up at the Econolodge DIA, but could use a second.
We could use a member at the library tour 10/2 at 130 and rides to/from, Rachel Graham also could attend if needed but it would be good to have one of us talk about the CAL grant
Carlie are you comfortable being our only rep at the Town meeting? Kathia can translate
I or someone could ask Sombrero for a horseback ride (maybe in the weekend) they are very interested
Wed/Thu 10/8-9 I am still firming up a few discussions and may need rides/support
10/11 we could use a vehicle or 2 to the airport

I highlighted questions in buff and things we need help with, we are still working out or that everyone is invited to in yellow. If you would like to join for anything else, just let me know and I will advise if there is room.
One major question is whether we have worked on the agreement to be signed, with beautiful frameable copies in English and Spanish? :)
