Study Session on annexation

Hello Mayor Hall - I'm writing a story about the conversation the Board of Trustees had last week about annexation. I'm unsure of you gave Senior Planner Paul Hornbeck guidance to move ahead with annexing these two enclaves, or simply asked him to gather more information. Will you clear this up for me?

Study sessions only involve potential consensus on guidance, not on actual decisions. So, no, there has been no formal decision until and unless those annexations come to the Board in regular session as an action item. We simply had a general consensus to continue moving forward to flesh out the topic to the point of determining whether to make it an action item in the future. Thanks, Jeffrey!
