EPHA Board and Town Liaison Brown, 

As you know, on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, Whimsadodle led the presentation of the latest concept plan for the potential redevelopment of a portion of Cleave Street. They also provided a brief update on the progress toward forming a potential development partnership between EPHA, ToEP, and Whimsadodle.

I am providing a link to two packets that were shared with current Cleave Street residents (the most current is also attached), one from July 2025 and another from February 23, 2026. These are part of our ongoing communications with residents regarding the potential project. My goal in sharing these is to ensure clarity and transparency so that all stakeholders, including the broader community, can review this aspect of our engagement with residents.
