Colorado’s business leaders are looking for certainty in an uncertain 2026. The Business Legislative Preview offers a rare, bipartisan look at the upcoming session’s high-stakes agenda, tackling the state's most pressing economic vulnerabilities. With three decades of data as a backdrop, policymakers will address the friction points facing the business community. From the priorities of the General Assembly to the findings of Metro EDC’s latest competitiveness report, the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and Colorado Competitive Council sets the stage for the year’s most critical policy debates.
