| | |
- Be specific: Clearly define the topic you’d like addressed—or present yourself as a speaker. For example, “Innovative strategies for integrating renewables into utility portfolios” is more descriptive than simply “renewable energy.”
- Think broadly: Suggest topics that resonate with a diverse audience, from small public power utilities (under 5,000 customers) to large ones (over 100,000), spanning communities nationwide.
- Keep it educational: Focus on sharing knowledge, not selling products. Every session should offer actionable insights that attendees can apply at their utility—regardless of whether they buy a service.
- Highlight real-world impact: Submissions featuring public power case studies or utility/vendor partnerships may receive priority consideration.
| | | - Deadline: Topic submissions are due by September 10.
- Submit More Than One: Multiple submissions are welcome! Please complete a separate survey for each proposed topic or session.
- Notification: We’ll contact selected contributors in October and November.
- Alternate Submission Option: Prefer to submit directly or include supporting materials? Email your proposal to Aca...@PublicPower.org.
