SEPTEMBER Coffee Chat for Landlords

Hello local housing providers,

Happy Fall! I'm emailing to remind you about the opportunity to join me for coffee each month to ask questions, provide feedback, or learn more about the Housing Partners of Larimer program (landlord engagement). Please see attached flyer for details.

Our next coffee chat will be held on September 30th, 2024, in Estes Park from 10am-12pm. We will meet at Estes Valley Library: 335 E Elkhorn Ave, Estes Park, CO 80517. 

What are these coffee chats?

Larimer County will be hosting monthly Landlord Coffee Chats on the last Monday morning of the month. These coffee chats will rotate locations each month, between municipalities. Please share this email and my contact information with any other housing providers/operators that may want to join the meetup or follow up with me individually. Coming to these coffee chats does not mean you have to participate in the program. If you cannot make the coffee chat but would like to set up a 1-on-1 meeting, just send me an email directly or give me a call at 970-498-7379.
