NOTE: Because of the Fenway Park reception’s limited capacity, if you purchase any tickets and decide you will not use some or all of them, please notify Regist...@PublicPower.org to ensure we can resell the tickets to other attendees. You will also be refunded the purchase price when you notify us of the change.
Continuing Education Credits
Earn educational credits for participating in conference sessions. To receive a certificate, you must complete a verification of attendance & evaluation form. A link to this form will be emailed to you after the event. You will only receive credit for sessions you attended in their entirety. Certificates will be available through your My.PublicPower portal approx. three weeks after the event. You will receive an email when your certificate is ready with instructions on how to access it.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Registrants who cancel in writing on or before June 22, 2026, are entitled to a refund of their registration fee, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel after June 22 will not receive a refund, but attendee substitutions will be allowed for this event only. Registrants and no-shows who do not cancel by June 22 are responsible for the full registration fee and are not entitled to a refund. Hotel Reservations & APPA Cancellation Policy:
The cut-off date to receive the APPA group rate (plus tax) is Wednesday, June 3, 2026. If rooms remain in the APPA blocks after the cut-off date, the APPA group rate will be honored. If not, you may be charged a higher rate. The room blocks may sell out before June 3, so early reservations are encouraged. For individual reservations, please call the hotels' respective numbers listed above and reference the corresponding group code, or make your reservation online using the booking links. The hotels should receive all reservations no later than June 3.
Canceled reservations that are not resold may become a financial liability for APPA, so please make your reservations thoughtfully. If you require additional assistance with housing, please contact Meeting Services at Meet...@PublicPower.org.
Attire/Climate
The attire for the conference is business casual. Meeting room temperatures vary, so prepare to dress for cool conditions.
Travel Cost Policy
Travel arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the participants (including hotel parking, WiFi, incidentals, etc.). APPA will not reimburse for changes in travel expenditures regardless of the cause.
Code of Conduct:
Attendees of American Public Power Association meetings agree to abide by the APPA Code of Conduct. If attendees engage in unacceptable behavior as outlined in the Code of Conduct, APPA may take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to, expulsion from the current and future meetings, with no warning or refund.
