Conference Cancellation Policy: Only written conference cancellations will be accepted. Refunds will be made if cancellations are received by CML on or before June 6 and will be subject to a $50 per person handling charge. No refunds for no-shows. Cancellations or changes in the number of meal tickets will be honored through June 13. Unused meal tickets are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to transfer your registration. If cancelling your conference registration, be sure to cancel your room reservation with your hotel.
