Hello Mr. Lancaster,

My name is Natalie Fleener, and I am currently working as an intern under Larimer County Commissioner John Kefalas.

Lately, there has been discussion of increasing the number of Larimer County commissioners from three to five. I am aware of a resolution that passed in 2004 regarding such a move, and I was hoping to ask you about it.

From my review of the minutes, the discussion at the August 24th, 2004, Administrative Matters Meeting was about whether to put the option to move from three to five commissioners on the November 2004 ballot. A motion to have the Board of County Commissioners approve and adopt the revised resolution increasing the number of County Commissioners to five passed 2-1. Through various searches, I could not find any further information about this resolution.

As you were the Larimer County Manager during this time, I thought you might know what happened with this resolution. If not, could you put me in contact with someone who does? I appreciate your time.

Best regards,
Natalie Fleener
