Utility Replacement and Relocations
Town of Estes Park's Power & Communications (P&C) & TDS Progress Report
Utility work discontinued on June 28 and will resume October 21, as previously committed by the Town. We expect it to take six weeks this fall, beginning October 21, to finish undergrounding all utilities. Roadway work by the contractor is expected to start December 2.
The decision to postpone the West Elkhorn Avenue paving work eliminated the option to mill the pavement off Cleave Street in June. The Town's Street Division will be working July 1-3 to grade and surface the existing road with recycled asphalt pavement.

NACC Construction (Xcel Energy contractor) Progress ReportPublic Works staff made contact with Western State Contracting regarding improper bollard installations at 119 and 121 West Elkhorn Avenue. Western States is currently awaiting direction from NACC and Xcel to provide an alternate solution. More information will be provided when it is available. Questions may be directed to
