Let’s play “when was the Park Theatre tower built?”

This game is never-ending, the shooting of darts at the most significant Estes Park landmark, it would be like asking people on the street when America became a country or when the War of 1812 started and allowing and publishing every possible answer between BCE 2000 and 2500 AD with a straight face.  Here's the latest stab, courtesy of a Whimsadoodle press release:

In 1928, owner Ralph Gwynn added the iconic tower, creating what locals now affectionately call the “Tower of Love.” 

Bzzz, wrong, but thanks for playing this perpetual game of something that is so easy and so long established but is apparently like asking a surgeon to remove a kidney and the editors and proofreaders being fine with any solid organ on the tray from above or below the abdomen.
