Hi Gary,
Something for you and the trustees should consider-the town should sell the Fish Hatchery land to a developer and use the proceeds to buy more existing properties like this or others. They should cost the housing authority a lot less than building the fish hatchery project and provide real affordable housing to those who needed in a much shorter period of time then it will take to build the fish hatchery project.
Gary, I would love to hear your thoughts on this proposal and if you plan on sharing this with the trustees.

Sandy, thanks for the note. I don't do mayor work on social media, FYI. Facebook, Next Door, others, if I post or reply to anything it will only be as private citizen Gary Hall. Which is, of course, hard to separate, therefore, I don't post on anything regarding Town business on any social media.

I did note that Scott Moulton provided several thorough replies on that thread in Next Door, so hopefully that helps.

Certainly. My schedule varies from crazy to sudden oases. Tuesday September 9 is looking fairly good before 10 or between 11:30 - 2:30. We could meet at Town Hall, but they've got it all taped and being painted and a lot of noise and disruption, so coffee shops or breakfast places or anywhere works for me.
