Good afternoon Regional Opioid Abatement Council representatives,

 

2026 expenditure reporting for calendar year 2025 (Year 3, 1/1/2025-12/31/2025) expenditures of opioid settlement funds is now available in the Colorado Opioid Settlement Tracker (COST) portal. Authorized representatives may login to COST to access the expenditure reporting portal.

 

As per Section (F) 10 of the Colorado Opioids Settlement Memorandum of Understanding, your Region is required to submit all expenditure of opioid settlement funds to the Colorado Opioid Abatement Council on an annual basis. 2026 expenditure reporting is due February 13th, 2026.
