Our annual conference draws over 600 attendees and offers prime opportunities for visibility from exhibitor hall booths and event sponsorships to recognition on signage, programs, and our website. Sponsors also enjoy year-round exposure through our newsletter and online platforms.
In addition to annual sponsorships, we offer opportunities to support single-day trainings and social events throughout the year, tailored to your organization’s interests. Submit Your Presentation
2026 Colorado Transportation Symposium
| | |
We are pleased to announce that the call for presentations for the 22nd Annual Colorado Transportation Symposium is now open! The 2026 event will be held on April 27, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Denver Downtown. Same great location, but with more space for more attendees!
We invite submissions for both practitioner-led and student-led sessions that explore innovations, best practices, research findings, and emerging trends in transportation across Colorado and beyond. We welcome ideas that address a variety of topics.
| | Submission Deadline: Monday, December 15, 2025 | | |
Why submit a proposal? The Colorado Transportation Symposium brings together practitioners, researchers, students, and policy-makers from across the state to share insights, network, and collaborate. Presenting at this event is a great way to raise the profile of your work, connect with peers, and contribute to shaping transportation practice in Colorado.
Please share this call with colleagues, project partners, or students who may be interested. If you have any questions about the submission process or the suitability of your topic, feel free to contact us.
We look forward to your proposal and to seeing you in Denver next spring!

Boulder County is launching the Grey to Green Fund, a new grant program that will offer $20,000 to $50,000 towards projects that transform impervious “grey” surfaces—such as rooftops, parking lots, and nonfunctional turf—into thriving “green” spaces that absorb water, strengthen climate resilience, and improve urban landscapes. By slowing water runoff, mitigating erosion, and improving urban heat, and more, our community will be better prepared for hotter summers and more severe weather events in coming years.
Eligible projects include:
-
Green Roofs: Transforming traditional roofs into vegetated spaces.
-
Raingardens and Bioswales: Installing natural features that capture and filter stormwater.
-
Converting Non-Functional Turf to Native Landscapes: Replacing non-functional or artificial turfgrass with native grasses or plants.
-
Miyawaki or Micro-forests: Establishing dense, native plantings in urban areas.
-
Urban Agriculture: Creating community gardens, urban farms or orchards.
-
Impervious to Pervious Surface: Transforming concrete-dominated surfaces into permeable, vegetated areas.
Municipalities, nonprofits, educational institutions, homeowner's associations, and businesses within Boulder County are all welcome to apply. Partnerships are encouraged.
The application opens on Dec. 9, 2025, and closes Feb. 3, 2026, with award notifications planned for April.
To learn more about this opportunity, please visit Boulder County’s Grey to Green Fund website or join the informational webinar on Tuesday, Dec. 16, at 11:30 a.m.
