International Students
Employers attending the career fair have jobs and internships eligible for international students, although individual representatives may not know specific policy details. We recommend learning about Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT) to understand your eligibility in accessing opportunities. In addition, Interstride is a fantastic resource for finding internships, jobs, and long-term career planning in the US. You can also sort job and internship opportunities on Handshake by CPT and OPT eligibility. If you have any questions, email ama...@bren.ucsb.edu and we can direct to the right office or resource.
Disability Accommodation
To request disability accommodation, visit the UCSB Disabled Students Program website. UCSB makes every effort to honor disability accommodation requests. Requests can be responded to most effectively if received as far in advance of the event as possible, preferably at least 10 days.
