Attention ES or HYDRO majors (or those considering these majors): If you haven't taken ENVS 190 yet, we highly recommend doing so this Fall.

This seminar was tailored based on feedback from past ES majors who felt they didn't receive enough environmental career advice and preparation during their time at UCSB. The lecture series aims to introduce students to the wealth of career preparation and hands-on experiential resources available at UCSB. The class is one unit, Pass/No Pass grading, without mid-terms or finals! It consists of one lecture per week featuring guest speakers, many of whom are ES Alumni. And 1st and 2nd-year students are strongly encouraged to enroll! Taking this class early allows you more time to apply what you learn.

There are still openings on GOLD and note, this topic is ONLY OFFERED IN THE FALL. After Registration Pass #2 closes, any remaining spots will be open to incoming freshmen and transfer students. Secure your spot today if you have the opportunity!  Questions, email them to advi...@es.ucsb.edu
