Carol, Ann and I met to work out the schedule this morning.  We can use LaSalette again this year.  I am giving a short talk on Body Mechanics for the Bone Builders Exercise Group tomorrow.  I have included this schedule on the back of their handout, in hopes of getting more volunteers to participate.

 

SCARECROW PROJECT WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

Sat Aug 22^nd from 9-12- meet at the EVA office (corner of Main and Shaker Hill Rd) to transport the scarecrows to La Salette (our workshop area).  Trucks and SUV’s work best.  Remove faded clothing.

Sun Aug 23^rd from 1-4 – Refurbish and redress scarecrows.

Mon Aug 24^th from 9-12 – Refurbish and redress scarecrows.

Tues Aug 25^th from 1-4 – Refurbish and redress scarecrows.

Wed Aug 26^th from 9-12 – Refurbish and redress scarecrows.

Thurs Aug 27^th from 9-12- Refurbish and Redress scarecrows.

Fri Aug 28^th from 1-4- Label scarecrows location and group scarecrows for staging.

Sat Aug 29^th from 9-12- Stage the scarecrows around town.

Friday Oct 30^th from 9-12- Pick up scarecrows and store in the basement of the EVA office.

 

**We need BRIGHT color clothing, gal milk/water jugs, hats, long sleeve shirts, costume jewelry, dresses, shirts, pants etc.

** We need people to transport scarecrows, repair scarecrow structure, and redress scarecrows.
