looking for a proofreader for short report on taxes

Hello, I wrote a short technical report comparing the tax rates of eight local towns and the amount of commercial development in those towns, over a period of decades. 

 

I am not a writer, and would like to have a real person read it over to look for grammar and/or formatting errors. If interested please let me know. 

If you are interested in just reading the report, the towns are, Canaan, Dorchester, Enfield, Grafton, Hanover, Lebanon, Lyme, and Orange, and the time period is 1970 to 2024
