I can no longer Ride Really Ride but I'm still riding.  My goal now is no ride less than 5 miles.  Sure isn't easy aging.  But I still LOVE endurance & follow along with other's journeys.

What fun to hear from all of you! Life flies by and I marvel at the twists
and turns. I miss the rides, the riding, the horses, but for me it was time
to move on. I've always had a restless streak. We did do a 'Multiday Ride'
this month, but it was 8 days, point-to-point, on E-bikes from Amsterdam to
Bruges, Belgium. Our basecamp was the lovely Elodie Botel - a beautiful
barge converted to a 'hotel' to house 20 people including Captain Chango,
Chef Amri, and Guide Nina. Afterwards we spend a few days with longtime
Belgium friend Leonard Leisens. We shared stories and photos which stirred
wonderful memories about rides and travels with our spectacular horses.
(they are all spectacular...). We've been so fortunate to know what it
feels like to ride a willing and eager horse across miles of terrain!

Oh my goodness. How is Leonard? I miss hearing about his adventures and
seeing photos of his lovely horses. You are absolutely correct, Steph, the
horse world is an amazing life to live. Especially given the people that
are on the other side of those horses.
