Horse and mule ranch caretaker opportunity

Hello all, please let us know if you know of someone who might be interested in helping us on our property in Mount Aukum.
What we need:
Caretaker/ranch hand/handyman
Horse and mule conditioning for endurance riding and driving
Housekeeping weekly
What we have to trade:
2 bedroom studio apartment
-or- 24 foot travel trailer
1 acre pasture for 1-2 horses with shelter and tack and hay storage
13 acre property with pool and great trail access
Utilities paid with cell phone and possible small salary depending on experience
The stock:
Endurance A Team: National champion Morab 21 yr gelding, “Tulip”
Award winning 10 yr mule, “Walker”
Endurance hopefuls: Belgian draft mule, rides, packs & drives, 9 yr geld, “Festus”
Paint 4 yr mollie mule, green, started under saddle, “Mocha”
BLM Mustang 5 yr geld, green, started under saddle, “Gunsmoke”
Carriage/trail horse: 12 yr Tennessee Walker geld, “Dan”
Les & I both work full time & just can’t do it all ourselves. No little kids please, we have electric fences, a pool, a creek, stairs, coyotes & horses & mules that can step on you. Dogs OK if they don’t chase equines or my ancient little mini Pincher.
