Respect ALL Earthlings. We are all animals of this planet. We are all creatures.
Hi...MN & WI...does not require a health certificate for your horse,
unless you are going to be in the state longer than 7 days. This makes
it easier for riders who go in & out each state for weekend rides.
Every time I have gone through the mandatory checkpoint entering California I am asked how long I am staying. I say 4 or 5 days, and they wave me through, saying they don't need to look at my papers. I was shocked the first time that happened, now I expect it. In my trailer, they can definitely see I have a horse.
