Horse Needs Ride from Kentucky to Tevis or Montana

I am buying a horse from Kentucky and need it either: brought to the Tevis in California or shipped to Helena, Montana. If you can ship it to Tevis, it could be anywhere from 1 or 2 weeks before till the day before the Tevis. If it’s to Montana, it can be anytime after August 13.
