Christmas is just around the corner and so is Bumble Bee!  It’s time to start thinking about the Lead Follow or Get out of My Way ride January 24, 2015 at Bumble Bee Ranch.  We are having an AERC and AHA sanctioned 25, 50 & a 12 mile fun ride.  Come and ride the beautiful scenery and enjoy the outdoor air at Bumble Bee Ranch.

New for Bumble Bee 2015 Lucian Spataro author of "The Long Ride" and his wife Lori Spataro wanted to support our efforts to encourage new riders, riders wanting to move up in distance, Junior riders and Junior sponsors.  With this in mind he has generously offered to sponsor the first 5 riders that meet each of those qualifications by donating $40.00 toward those riders’ entries.  They will also be receiving a copy of “The Long Ride” book and “The Long Ride” T-shirt.
The first 5 entries received for new endurance riders in either 25 or 50 mile ride will receive $40.00 off their entry.

The first 5 riders moving up from 25 mile rides to riding their first 50 mile ride will receive $40.00 off their entry.

The first 5 Junior riders in the 25 or 50 mile ride will receive a additional $40.00 off their entry above the already discounted Junior entry.

The first 5 Junior sponsor's in the 25 or 50 mile ride will receive $40.00 off their entry as well.

Those that have already sent their entries in we will check and see if you qualify and let you know if you do. For those of you who want to try the sport of Endurance, or move up in distance, or Sponsor Junior riders this is an amazing opportunity to do that! As Lucian says "enjoy the ride"! When sending in your entries please let us know if you meet any of these qualifications.

There will be a raffle again this year for a free McDowell 75 mile entry donated by Jan Mutchler.   If you need incentive to try a 75 mile ride this is it!  The free entry is not transferable and has to be used at McDowell for 2015.  You would have 10 months to make this goal a reality.  Make sure to fill out a raffle ticket with Jodie at check in.  The winner will be drawn at the diner Friday night.

We will be having a spaghetti dinner Friday night for all of the riders.  If you want additional meals contact Kelly directly at 623-374-0002. The ride has a permit max of 150 riders/entries so make sure you get your entry in soon.  All juniors receive $20.00 discount (does not apply to fun ride).

We still have openings and it’s going to be a great time. Mail your entry form, release form and payment as soon as possible to avoid the late fee.

Please make sure your AERC membership is current, if not there is a $15.00 non-member fee.  So get renewed at http://www.aerc.org/

Susan Kordish our official ride photographer will be at the ranch to capture you and your horse on the trail.   To view her photos from last year go to http://www.azcowgirlphotography.com/
