Hi everyone - So happy to connect with all of you and engage over the next few days. I look forward to hearing your questions and learning about your challenges and successes as I share some of my experiences in data collection and evidence generation. 

My name is Yaquta Fatehi, and I'm a program manager on the performance management and improvement team at the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan. I develop customised measurement solutions for private sector actors across sectors and geographies, focusing on 1) social impact and business performance from inclusive operations and 2) continuous improvement of processes. I've managed end-to-end measurement processes for over a decade, including developing theories of change, research designs, and surveys, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, and conveying findings and insights to leadership. Some of my recently completed projects include the G-SEARCh research that measured the financial and social benefits of gender lens investing (specifically gender-inclusive activities in small and medium enterprise value chains), and active projects include measuring the return on investment from gender-inclusive practices within three companies.
