Hi everyone! Really looking forward to engaging with this group on such an exciting topic! A little about me:

I am a Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at MarketShare Associates (MSA). I have spent most of my career identifying, implementing, and measuring business social solutions for positive social impact, with a focus on the empowerment of women and youth. I am passionate about using systems-thinking and data to design creative impact solutions for private and public institutions, and have authored several publications and frameworks throughout my career to support MSD and PSE practitioners to better design and measure market-based gender and social inclusion solutions. This includes the USAID Women-Inclusive Return on Investment Framework for working with SMEs, CGAP’s gendered social norms diagnostic guidance, and the DCED Standard on measuring WEE in private sector development under the IFC and DCED. Prior to MSA, I was the team lead for Market Development and Access to Finance at the Aga Khan Foundation Canada. I managed a portfolio of projects and led technical assistance around the set-up, design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems and frameworks, market research, and gender analysis of all projects in her portfolio. I also worked for Women’s World Banking, ProMujer International, and the Council of Women World Leaders. I hold a Master of International Affairs in Economic Development from Columbia University.

Hello Everyone,

I am interested in learning more about tools or resources to help design projects/programs that focus on women empowerment and promoting women entrepreneurs in the water, climate and/or biodiversity space. It doesn't necessarily need to touch on all three but interested in KPIs and activities that lead with women's empowerment as opposed to having more traditional water projects with women empowerment as a cross-cutting or indirect outcome. THanks!
