Hi Everyone, I'm very excited to join the AWE Virtual Learning Series on discussing the Tools and Approaches used to conduct inclusive market research. I am very eager to hear your questions, challenges and successes as I share some of my experiences.

My Bio:

I am currently the Sourcing & Value Chain Development Manager at ReelFruit (a private sector agribusiness in Nigeria). My role spans across coordinating commercial activities in sourcing, mapping, assessing, and onboarding of fresh fruit farmers & aggregators to providing technical support to improve the farmers' productivity and income. I also oversee the company's socio-development projects that support supplier improvement, community sustainability, and training to upskill women & youths in agro-processing. I currently lead ReelFruit's project team execution on grant awarded by the USAID Feed the Future program under the West Africa Trade & Investment Hub (WAITH) project which provides supports to farmers through technical development to increase yield, quality & income, as well as create employment for women & youths, and develop products to suit our target market which is over 50% women. I have had over 7 years experience in production operations management, overseeing food processing, quality assurance and inventory management to ensure optimized business efficiency.
