Hi everyone! Great to be here today and looking forward to speaking with you about inclusive market research!

I am currently technical director of market systems at ACDI/VOCA. I provide technical support to projects and develop strategies and tools for use across ACDI/VOCA programs to strengthen market and food systems. My work spans a wide range of technical areas including agricultural trade, the business enabling environment, private sector engagement, and inclusive market research. Previously, I served as the head of strategic initiatives at Apeel Sciences where I developed new business models for the company's shelf life extension products in Kenya and Nigeria with funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and World Food Programme. I also held positions with USDA Foreign Agricultural Service and IDH Sustainable Trade Initiative.

I have a MSc in agricultural economics from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, and a BA in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
