EMSA Delegation to the World Health Summit

Dear EMSAi, We would like to formally open the call for the EMSA Delegation to the World Health Summit to be held in Berlin, Germany  from the  12th - 14th October 2025 . The WHS provides a unique opportunity for you to see what ongoing discussions are happening within the global health landscape, bringing together politicians, stakeholders, academia, and importantly youth. EMSA will be offering  up to 14 free spots  to EMSA Members to participate in-person. To apply please send a  motivational letter (max. 600 words) with care taken into the theme of this years WHS, as well as mentioning what you would bring to the EMSA delegation and what you will take back to your FMO. Dear EMSAi,

I would like to clarify some points regarding the applications for the EMSA Delegation to the World Health Summit 2025.

Please note that flights and accommodation are self-funded however the EMSA Support Fund is available to those who show significant need.

Also, after clarifying with the WHS Team the deadline to apply has been moved forward to the 14th of August 2025 @ 23:59CET. This deadline is strict and all late applications will be deemed invalid.
