EMSA BlueCon 2025: Member Registration Period Has Started!

Dear EMSA Family,

We are excited to announce that registration for BLUECON 2025 is officially open!

This year, EMSA Europe’s special event BlueCon 2025, will take place from October 17th to 20th, 2025, in the pearl of the Black Sea, Trabzon, Türkiye, hosted by EMSA Karadeniz. EMSA Karadeniz and the BlueCon 2025 Organizing Committee are very proud to host this important event.

The theme for this year’s event is:
“Beyond the Medical Students: Art, Sport, Poetry, etc.”

BlueCon 2025 takes us beyond being medical students alone. It connects art, sport, poetry, creativity, and personal expression with our medical journey. Throughout the event, participants will have the opportunity to engage deeply in inspiring and innovative pillar sessions focused on the theme. Topics such as the role of art in medicine, the impact of sport on mental health, and poetry as a tool for advocacy will be explored in depth. In addition, by actively participating in various workshops, you will have the chance to discover your potential, express yourself, and build strong connections with like-minded peers. Throughout the event, you will experience unforgettable moments with a variety of social programs and activities that reflect the rich cultural heritage of the Black Sea region.

BLUECON is similar to EMSA General Assemblies but replaces plenary sessions with capacity-building workshops and working sessions. It is a unique opportunity to create, share, and deepen your knowledge together.

Registration Deadline: August 30, 2025, at 23:59 (CEST)
