The neurodiversity paradigm emphasizes that neurodevelopmental differences are not pathological but represent natural variations in cognitive functioning, thereby providing a scientific and ethical foundation for the development of individualized education, employment, and healthcare policies. As medical students, we must educate ourselves about neurodiversity and adopt an inclusive, person-centered approach to healthcare, striving to become physicians who not only treat but also understand and support their patients. You can reach the newest studies focused on this theme on our website.
