Paul Nuechterlein pau...@ecunet.org has invited you to join the Lutherans
Exploring Post-Lutheranism group with this message:

Douglas Campbell's book (The Deliverance of God) poses huge challenges for
historic Lutheranism, arguing that sanctification is the heart of Paul's
Gospel, not justification. Are there other perspectives of postmodernism that
also throw light on moving past Lutheranism? This is a discussion especially
for Lutherans who are feeling the need to move into a postmodern Lutheranism --
which may mean becoming post-Lutheran.

Here is the group's description:

Is there a need for Lutherans in the postmodern age to move toward being post-
Lutheran? Is it time to move decisively beyond the old dualisms? Most
importantly: Is Douglas Campbell right that sanctification is the point of the
Gospel for Paul -- not justification?
