Help Finding a Song

I read this on the choralnet site.

"I'm looking for the title of a  song I learned almost 35 years ago. All I can recall is this snippet: 'How can it be that you're born so humble, how can it be that you're born a King? I tried google, bing, dogpile and got nothing.  I even tried google images and youtube, still nothing.

I though maybe one of the people here might recognize it.  Anyone?
