Update on export feature availability?

Hello,

The export feature has been unavailable for around two weeks. This feature is something I use frequently, so I was wondering if there are any updates on when this might be available again. I didn't see any documentation other than the banner message ("The Export feature is under maintenance and is temporarily disabled.") - apologies if I missed something!

Hi Sarah,

We apologise for any inconvenience. Unfortunately the website at the moment is experiencing performance challenges and bot traffic surge which is a general challenge for many public websites now. 

Export function is one of resource consuming features and is under maintenance at the moment to optimise its workflow and also prevent it from being abused by malicious bots.

We will update on the website and the forum once this is resolved.
